Is the migration really free?
Yes. Moving your pages, documents, calendar entries, news posts and directories is included at no cost, and so is staff training.
How long does it take?
Days, not months. The exact go-live date depends on the size of your site, and we agree it with you at kickoff.
What do you need from us?
Your website address, and for anything behind a login, an export or access to your current site. Then a few hours of your team’s time to review and attend training.
Will our web address change?
No. Your district and school sites keep their addresses. On go-live day, the address points to the new site.
We’re still under contract with our current provider. Can we switch?
Yes. Plan the switch around your renewal date: we’ll schedule the migration so you’re live before your current contract ends.
